Meter distribution boxes for street lighting are intended for outdoor mounting, placed on foundation.
Rade Koncar TEP produces 5 types of boxes for street lighting:
- Тype А – composed of:
compartment for meters (metering the electrical power)
control compartment (6 single pole feeder 32А) - Тype B1 – composed of:
compartment for meters (metering the electrical power)
control compartment (4 three pole feeders 32А) - Тype B2 – composed of:
control compartment (6 single pole feeders 32А)
- Тype C1 – composed of:
compartment for meters (metering the electrical power)
control compartment (6 two pole feeders 32A) - Тype C2 – composed of:
control compartment (9 two pole feeders 32А)
Types C1 and C2 have a timer that enables a semi-mode working operation, resulting with electrical power savings during the night.
The meter distribution boxes for street lighting can be made of metal or polyester reinforced with glass fiber.
They are manufactured according to standard EN 61439 and EN 60529.
